Michael Bennett

Dr. Michael Bennett is an internationally recognized leader in airway-focused dentistry, known for blending clinical excellence with an educator’s heart. With over 25 years in practice, Dr. Bennett received his Fellowship and Mastership awards from the Academy of General Dentistry and is double board-certified by the American Board of Craniofacial Pain and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. He also holds a PhD in Health Sciences, where his research explored the lived experiences of dentists screening patients for sleep-related breathing disorders (SRBD).

Dr. Bennett is a former Clinical Chairman of the Board at Vivos Therapeutics, where he now continues to serve as a Clinical Advisor, helping shape innovative approaches to airway and sleep-disordered breathing treatment worldwide. A respected educator, he served for many years as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University, teaching pre-dental students and inspiring the next generation of providers to adopt a holistic, airway-centered view of dentistry.

Dr. Bennett has treated thousands of patients for TMJ disorders, sleep apnea, craniofacial pain, and malocclusion, and is known for his integrative, face-forward approach to care. He’s a sought-after speaker, mentor, and consultant in digital MAD workflows, phonetic bite registration, and the role of restorative sleep in systemic health.

Whether lecturing on 3D-printed sleep devices, mentoring providers, or sharing his vision of “breathe, sleep, heal,” Dr. Bennett remains committed to transforming lives—one airway at a time.
